We are looking for a highly skilled Business Architect – SAP LE Transportation to help design innovative business solutions, optimize transportation and logistics processes, and drive strategic transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to translate complex business requirements into effective and scalable SAP solutions.

What You'll Do

- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP LE Transportation.

- Evaluate existing transportation and logistics processes to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into clear, scalable business and technical solutions.

- Design and support the implementation of business solutions integrated with SAP transportation and logistics modules.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and successful project delivery.

- Take ownership of key team decisions and contribute to strategic decisions across multiple teams.

- Provide solutions to complex challenges affecting immediate and cross-functional teams.

- Facilitate effective coordination between business stakeholders and technology teams.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements.

- Develop process models and comprehensive business cases to support transformation initiatives.

- Support the implementation of strategic projects and organizational change initiatives.

- Mentor and guide team members, encouraging professional growth and knowledge sharing.

- Promote best practices in SAP transportation, logistics, and business process optimization.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP LE Transportation
• Expert proficiency in SAP LE Transportation
• Strong understanding of supply chain and transportation logistics processes
• Experience designing and implementing business solutions integrated with SAP transportation modules
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience facilitating communication between business and technical teams
• Knowledge of process modeling and business process improvement
• Experience developing business cases to support transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Leadership experience with the ability to collaborate, guide, and mentor team members
