About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Business Architect – SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to drive business solutions, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an SAP IBP SME and provide solutions across teams.
• Analyze and optimize business processes.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices.
• Support business cases and change management initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and support team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Expert-level knowledge of SAP IBP.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and enterprise architecture.
• Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in process optimization and business transformation.
• Leadership and team management experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work hybrid in Cebu City and on a shifting schedule.
