Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect – SAP EWM to identify opportunities for business transformation and deliver tangible business value. The role involves analyzing existing business processes, gathering high-level requirements, designing business solutions, and translating business needs into technology-enabled operating models.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP EWM, warehouse management processes, and supply chain operations, along with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an SME for SAP EWM and collaborate with multiple teams.

• Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

• Gather and understand high-level business requirements.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions.

• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

• Support business transformation initiatives and strategic projects.

• Develop and support business cases for key initiatives.

• Monitor project progress and align solutions with evolving business needs.

• Provide solutions to complex business problems.

• Mentor team members and support team capability development.

• Participate in key business and technical decisions.

• Promote effective collaboration across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant SAP EWM experience.

• Expert-level proficiency in SAP EWM.

• Strong understanding of warehouse management and supply chain processes.

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide business solutions.

• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred.

Work Eligibility

• Only candidates currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to live and work in the Philippines are eligible.

• Candidates must be amenable to a hybrid setup and shifting schedule in Cebu.
