We're looking for a Card Services Product Trainer to deliver impactful training for frontline teams supporting Financial and Commercial Card Services. This role combines product knowledge, training delivery, coaching, compliance, and performance analytics to build operational readiness and improve customer outcomes.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of overall BPO experience

- Minimum 2 years of Card Services Product Trainer experience in a BPO environment

- Experience must be in Card Services; Collections, Insurance, and Fraud experience alone will not qualify

- Strong knowledge of Financial/Commercial Card Services, financial terminology, product workflows, and compliance

- Experience with LMS, e-learning tools, MS Office/Google Workspace, and training performance metrics

- Strong facilitation, communication, coaching, analytical, and presentation skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Education, Communications, or a related field
