Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Executive

‎Number of headcounts: 19

‎Work setup: Onsite in Jollibee Tower, Ortigas, Pasig City or Exxa Tower, Bridgetowne, Quezon City

‎Work shift: Night shift/ Shifting

‎Compensation Package: Php 40,000 to Php 55,000. Salary increases should not exceed 30% of the candidate’s previous total compensation package.

‎Qualifications:

‎

‎• Must be at least a high school graduate.

‎• Conversational Spanish skills required; no advanced certification is necessary.

‎• Experience as a Bilingual Spanish CSR is preferred but not required.

‎• Must have at least one (1) year of BPO customer service experience.

‎• Must be willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City or Ortigas, Pasig City.
