Job Overview

We are looking for a fluent Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mall of Asia (MOA), Pasay City. In this role, you will handle international banking and financial accounts, providing exceptional customer support in both Spanish and English.

Key Details

• Work Setup: 100% Onsite (MOA, Pasay City)

• Work Schedule: Night Shift

• Salary Package: Up to ₱82,000 / month (based on experience)

Qualifications

• Education: Completed at least 2 years in college (undergraduate).

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of BPO experience handling international banking or financial accounts.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish (both written and verbal) and proficient in English.

• Work Preference: Fully willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City on a night shift schedule.
