Role Overview:

We are seeking a Back Office Processor to support financial services operations! You will handle processing tasks related to Canadian wealth management, insurance, and financial services engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process financial transactions and documentation accurately.

• Handle back-office tasks for wealth management, insurance, and financial services.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve processing issues.

• Meet quality and productivity targets.

Qualifications:

• Must be a College Graduate – Finance/Accounting related course – required.

• Preferably with 2 years experience in Canadian Wealth Management, Insurance, or Financial Services engagements/accounts.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to explain complex financial concepts with confidence.

• Amenable to work 100% onsite in McKinley with a fixed nightshift schedule.
