Qualifications

• 2nd year college and above.

• At least 1 year of recent B2B Collections experience in a BPO company.

• B2B Collections experience must be recent in 2026.

• At least 1 year of recent OTC (Order to Cash) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) experience in a BPO company.

• No employment gaps.

• No AWOL history.

• Minimum 12 months of tenure with previous employers.

• Must not be a former or current employee of EXL.
