About the Role

We are looking for experienced B2B Collections Specialists with a strong background in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. This role is ideal for professionals who have experience managing business-to-business collections while ensuring timely payment recovery and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Business-to-Business (B2B) collections activities.

• Handle Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices and overdue accounts.

• Resolve payment disputes and reconcile customer accounts.

• Maintain accurate collection records and documentation.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment concerns.

• Meet collection targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years of College.

• Minimum 1 year of B2B Collections experience.

• Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.

• Stable employment history with:

  • No employment gaps

  • No AWOL (Absent Without Official Leave) history

  • At least 12 months tenure with previous employer(s)

• Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a permanent night shift schedule.
