Lead quality transformation at scale. We’re hiring an Associate Director, Quality for a large Healthcare BPO operation, where you’ll drive strategic quality initiatives, lead multiple QA teams, and partner with senior stakeholders to improve customer experience, compliance, and operational performance.

Location: Taguig (Onsite, 5 days/week)

What You’ll Do

* Lead end-to-end quality operations across multiple healthcare accounts
* Design and implement enterprise-level QA frameworks, governance models, and performance metrics
* Drive Six Sigma, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Lead digital transformation efforts using AI, RPA, ML, and automation tools
* Partner with Operations, Training, Analytics, and Process Excellence teams to improve customer and compliance outcomes
* Manage client relationships, quality reviews, and executive-level presentations
* Lead, mentor, and develop QA leaders across multiple business units

What We’re Looking For

* 10+ years of Quality Management experience in a Healthcare BPO environment
* Recent experience leading healthcare quality operations at Manager, Senior Manager, or Associate Director level
* Strong expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, COPC, and process improvement methodologies
* Experience leading AI, RPA, ML, or digital transformation initiatives
* Proven ability to build and manage strategic QA frameworks and governance models
* Experience managing multiple QA teams across healthcare accounts
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
* Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferred
* Able to start immediately or within 10 days
