We are seeking an experienced Assistant Training Manager to lead training initiatives for our Technology account. The role involves managing onboarding, knowledge acquisition and transfer, training governance, policy management, coaching, performance improvement, and training compliance while collaborating with clients and operations to ensure workforce readiness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field.

·        
At least 3 years of experience as a Trainer (Social Media account experience preferred but not required).

·        
Strong leadership, communication, coaching, organizational, and analytical skills.

·        
Ability to manage training programs, knowledge management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

·        
Stable employment history.
