Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager for Solar Asset Performance will lead a team of technical experts monitoring and optimizing solar PV system performance. The role focuses on system analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with operational and maintenance (O&M) standards while managing client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Lead and mentor Asset Engineers in remote investigations and performance analysis

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor solar PV systems using platforms such as VCOM, SCADA, and NetSuite

  
  


• 
  

  Identify issues, coordinate resolutions, and manage service and warranty cases

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee creation of service orders, bills of materials, and accurate reporting

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and present performance reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) to stakeholders

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors for seamless operations

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with O&M contracts, inspections, and regulatory requirements

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (required)

  
  


• 
  

  5+ years’ experience in Solar Asset Management, Performance Engineering, or O&M

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, monitoring platforms, and tools (e.g., PVsyst, NetSuite)

  
  


• 
  

  BPO experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent leadership, people management, and client management skills

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of solar industry operations and maintenance processes

  
  


• 
  

  Leadership experience managing technical teams is an advantage

  
  


• 
  

  Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City on a shifting schedule

  
  


• 
  

  Must not be a current or former Tech Mahindra employee

  
  


• 
  

  Must not be a job hopper (at least 1 year tenure per company)

  
  


• 
  

  Must be a Filipino resident with recent and relevant solar experience
