Job Title: APPLICATION SUPPORT ENGINEER – TECHNOLOGY ARCHITECT (MICROSOFT INTUNE)

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer and Technology Architect with expert-level Microsoft Intune experience. The successful candidate will design and deliver technology architecture, provide technical leadership, and support the optimization and smooth operation of critical business systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.

• Design and deliver technology architecture that meets performance, scalability, and business requirements.

• Collaborate with and provide technical leadership across multiple teams.

• Take responsibility for key technical decisions and provide solutions to complex challenges.

• Identify and resolve issues affecting critical business systems and applications.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to strengthen team capabilities.

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements where necessary.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, processes, and procedures.

• Support the transition from traditional on-premises imaging to cloud-native endpoint management.

• Design tenant structures, including naming conventions and group hierarchies.

• Design and implement Zero-Touch provisioning solutions.

• Develop procedures for application packaging, testing, deployment, and updates across the device fleet.

SCCM / MICROSOFT ENDPOINT CONFIGURATION MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop site planning and distribution strategies.

• Conduct discovery and gap analysis.

• Support migration planning and consolidation initiatives.

• Design and manage task sequences.

• Contribute to endpoint management architecture and integration strategies.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Intune.

• Strong understanding of application support methodologies and best practices.

• Experience troubleshooting and resolving software and system issues.

• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and their integration with on-premises environments.

• Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience with SCCM or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).

• Experience with Microsoft 365.
