Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for ANZ and Domestic accounts. Candidates will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent customer support. No call center experience is required.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

Provide accurate information and solutions

Resolve customer concerns professionally

Maintain good communication and customer satisfaction

Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

No call center experience required

High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate

Good English communication skills 

Willing to work

 onsite and on shifting schedules

Basic computer navigation skills
