Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Analyst / Application Engineer who can work across both business and IT functions. The role acts as a bridge between business requirements and technology solutions, supporting application development, troubleshooting, testing, system integration, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, program managers, solution architects, and technology teams.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internally developed and vendor applications.

• Diagnose and resolve application-related incidents and system issues.

• Work with .NET/C# applications and REST APIs.

• Support application integration, optimization, stability, and performance.

• Assist with Azure App Services, Functions, and Azure DevOps environments.

• Collaborate with engineering and IT support teams to maintain business continuity.

• Define and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.

• Develop and maintain regression test suites and test scenarios.

• Support test automation and integration of testing into CI/CD pipelines.

• Manage Business-to-UAT testing, validation, and sign-off.

• Ensure quality gates are met before releases and UAT handover.

• Experience with functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.

• Experience designing test scenarios aligned with business workflows.

• Knowledge of test automation and CI/CD integration.

• Experience with UAT, validation, and sign-off processes.
