Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Training & Development professional with strong expertise in AML / Transaction Monitoring and Regulatory Compliance. The role will lead training operations, manage trainers, ensure compliance/domain knowledge, and drive capability development and client alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the training team and day-to-day training operations.

• Develop and maintain training, coaching, mentoring, and domain-expertise frameworks.

• Ensure trainers maintain strong facilitation, technical, domain, and compliance skills.

• Manage training processes, reporting, calibration, and business reviews.

• Assess training needs and develop plans to improve employee performance.

• Monitor and measure training effectiveness and development achievements.

• Collaborate with clients, vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams.

• Ensure consistent training standards and calibration across trainers.

• Support operational teams in improving customer service, motivation, and teamwork.

• Develop training content and talent frameworks for new businesses.

• Support mobilization and solution initiatives when required.

• Apply analytical skills to assess training concepts and alternatives.

Requirements

• 7–8 years of relevant Training & Development experience.

• 5+ years of supervisory experience.

• Experience in Training & Development with AML / Transaction Monitoring / Regulatory Compliance.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills.

• Must be currently in the Philippines with valid authorization to live and work in the country.

• Willing to work onsite in Taguig on a permanent night shift schedule.
