Are you an experienced KYC Team Lead ready to take ownership of team performance, quality, productivity, and operational delivery?

We’re looking for an AML Regulatory Compliance Supervisor to lead a team of KYC Analysts in a fast-paced compliance environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring consistent delivery against SLA, quality, productivity, and adherence targets, while developing analysts and serving as the first point of escalation for operational issues.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and manage a team of KYC Analysts, owning pod-level SLA, quality, productivity, and adherence performance.

- Allocate workloads, manage queues, and rebalance team capacity to meet daily and weekly volume commitments.

- Conduct first-line review and approval of complex or high-risk KYC cases requiring Team Lead sign-off.

- Facilitate daily huddles and weekly 1:1s, using scorecard results and QC feedback to drive targeted coaching.

- Manage analyst ramp-up, monitor performance tiers, and implement timely interventions for at-risk performers.

- Partner with Quality Control (QC) teams to identify defect trends and implement coaching, retraining, or process escalations.

- Own attendance, shrinkage, and schedule adherence while maintaining accurate documentation of capacity and performance issues.

- Proactively manage attrition and engagement risks through recognition, coaching, and early intervention.

- Escalate operational risks—including volume spikes, system/tool outages, SOP gaps, and capacity constraints—with clear data and recommended actions.

- Support Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) by providing accurate performance insights, root-cause analysis, and action plans.

- Support new-hire onboarding and partner with Training to address knowledge gaps identified during the ramp-up period.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a KYC Team Lead / KYC Supervisor.

- 3–5 years of relevant KYC experience.

- At least 3 years of supervisory or people-management experience.

- Strong understanding of KYC, AML, Client Due Diligence, and risk-based case review.

- Experience managing operational metrics such as SLA, quality, productivity, attendance, and adherence.

- Demonstrated ability to coach analysts using performance data and quality findings.

- Strong decision-making skills, particularly when handling complex or high-risk cases.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven compliance environment.
