Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced AML Regulatory Compliance Supervisor to lead a team of KYC Analysts and oversee day-to-day operational delivery, analyst performance, quality, and compliance outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong KYC operations and people-management experience, with the ability to handle complex cases, coach analysts, manage operational risks, and drive consistent SLA and quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of KYC Analysts, managing SLA, quality, productivity, adherence, and team performance metrics.

• Allocate workloads, manage queues, and rebalance team capacity to meet daily and weekly volume targets.

• Conduct first-line reviews and approvals of complex or high-risk KYC cases requiring Team Lead sign-off.

• Facilitate daily huddles and regular 1:1 sessions, providing coaching based on scorecards and QC feedback.

• Support analyst ramp-up, monitor performance tiers, and implement early interventions for at-risk performers.

• Partner with Quality Control teams to identify and address defect trends through coaching, retraining, and process improvements.

• Manage attendance, shrinkage, and adherence while maintaining accurate documentation of capacity and performance issues.

• Identify and address attrition risks through employee engagement, recognition, and proactive performance management.

• Escalate operational risks such as volume spikes, system issues, SOP gaps, and capacity constraints with clear data and recommended actions.

• Support Weekly Business Review (WBR) preparation through accurate performance reporting, root-cause analysis, and operational insights.

• Coordinate with Training teams to onboard new hires and address knowledge gaps identified during the ramp-up period.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant KYC experience in AML, KYC, financial crime compliance, or related operations.

• Proven experience as a KYC Team Lead or Supervisor.

• At least 3 years of supervisory/people-management experience.

• Strong understanding of KYC processes, AML compliance, customer due diligence, and risk-based case handling.

• Experience handling complex or high-risk cases and performing quality reviews.

• Strong knowledge of SLA, productivity, quality, adherence, and performance management.

• Excellent coaching, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage operational escalations and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

• Applicants must currently be based in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.

• Must be willing to work onsite/hybrid in Taguig or Cubao, Quezon City.

• Must be amenable to a night shift schedule.
