Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced KYC/AML professionals with strong people management and financial crime compliance expertise.

Key requirements:

• 5–8 years of relevant KYC/AML experience
• 5+ years of supervisory / people management experience
• Strong knowledge of:
  • KYC & AML
  • Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
  • Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
  • Sanctions Screening
  • Financial Crime Compliance
• Proven experience leading teams and managing SLA, quality, productivity, and adherence
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Applicants must be currently in the Philippines and authorized to work in the country

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a team of KYC Analysts
• Own team KPIs, SLAs, quality, productivity, and attendance
• Review and approve complex/high-risk KYC cases
• Conduct coaching, huddles, and performance reviews
• Partner with Quality teams to address defects and training gaps
• Manage workloads, queues, capacity, and operational risks
• Support onboarding, ramp-up, and analyst development
• Prepare performance updates, root-cause analysis, and operational insights
