Your Role:

Handle healthcare customer inquiries via voice channel

Provide support and resolve issues efficiently

Ensure excellent customer experience

Who were looking for:

Education: At least Senior High School Graduate / High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

Experience: At least 6 months International Voice BPO Experience

Communication: Good English communication skills

Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in Taguig City and on a shifting schedule
