ACCOUNT 1: HEALTHCARE VOICE ACCOUNT

YOUR ROLE:

- Handle healthcare customer inquiries via voice channel

- Provide support and resolve issues efficiently

- Ensure excellent customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education: At least Senior High School Graduate / High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

- Experience: At least 6 months International Voice BPO Experience

- Communication: Good English communication skills

- Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in Taguig City and on a shifting schedule

ACCOUNT 2: MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALIST (RCM)

YOUR ROLE:

- Handle medical billing and RCM processes

- Explain billing concepts to customers clearly and accurately

- Manage sensitive healthcare information with confidentiality

- Resolve billing inquiries and issues professionally

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience: 1-2 years in Medical Billing / Healthcare RCM / Customer Support

- Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Professionalism: Can handle confidential information professionally

- Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in Taguig City
