ROLE OVERVIEW

Develop innovative technology solutions for emerging industries by interpreting system requirements into detailed design specifications. Lead technical teams while troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing technical leadership


• Collaborate with and manage teams to achieve project goals


• Make key decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams


• Engage with stakeholders and contribute to strategic decisions


• Facilitate knowledge sharing and implement best practices


• Monitor project progress and provide stakeholder updates


• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of SAP HANA DB Administration experience


• Expert proficiency in SAP HANA database management


• Strong understanding of database management principles and practices


• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA databases


• Familiarity with data modeling and data warehousing concepts


• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues efficiently


• Experience with backup and recovery strategies for SAP HANA databases


• Currently residing in the Philippines with valid work authorization
