USRN Training Specialist – Hartford Account

We’re looking for 2 US Registered Nurses (USRNs) with Utilization Management experience and a passion for training and developing people.

Location: Any site in the Philippines – BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, or Clark, Pampanga

Work Setup: Hybrid / Temporary WFH

Schedule: Shifting

Salary: PHP 60,000 package — fixed and non-negotiable

Start Date: ASAP

What We’re Looking For

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• An active USRN license from any US state.
  
• At least 1–2 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience.
  
• At least 1 year of training or teaching experience.
  
• Candidates with an academic/teaching background are also welcome to apply.
