Overall Purpose:

The Capability Development Manager will lead and oversee internal and external training operations, ensuring effective training delivery, capability development, compliance, coaching, and alignment among business stakeholders, trainers, clients, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the training team at the client or assigned company location.

• Manage coaching, training, mentoring, and domain-expertise programs.

• Ensure trainers maintain current technical, domain, facilitation, and compliance knowledge.

• Manage day-to-day training operations and administration.

• Establish training processes and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews for training.

• Drive knowledge capture and knowledge transfer.

• Ensure calibration and consistency across trainers, clients, and projects.

• Assess individual and organizational training needs.

• Develop training plans, manage delivery, measure effectiveness, and track outcomes.

• Monitor employee training and development plans and achievements.

• Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulatory and domain requirements.

• Collaborate with training vendors, clients, leadership, and key stakeholders.

• Support Operations in improving customer service, team motivation, and teamwork.

• Ensure regular knowledge updates through huddles, monitoring, and other learning interventions.

• Support mobilization and solution teams by developing and deploying action plans when required.

• Develop training content and talent frameworks for new businesses.

• Apply analytical skills to assess concepts, alternatives, and training solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 7–8 years of relevant experience in Training & Development.

• 5 years of supervisory experience.

• Experience in Training & Development with a focus on Regulatory Compliance, AML, or Transaction Monitoring.

• Strong training leadership, stakeholder management, reporting, coaching, and analytical skills.
