Job Description

As a Business Architect, you will evaluate existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver tangible business value. You will gather high-level business requirements, translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions, and support organizational transformation by developing business cases and guiding the implementation of key initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.

• Gather, analyze, and document high-level business requirements.

• Translate business requirements into effective SAP-enabled business solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with organizational goals.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate requirements.

• Analyze complex business scenarios and design scalable solutions.

• Support change management by communicating business impacts and benefits.

• Document business processes and create clear, actionable specifications.

• Contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance solution design.

• Work independently and develop expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Professional & Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in SAP MM Inventory Management.

• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain processes.

• Experience mapping business requirements to SAP MM functionalities.

• Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and design scalable solutions.

• Knowledge of integration points between SAP MM and other enterprise systems.

• Proficiency in business process documentation and specification creation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP MM Inventory Management.

• Strong business process analysis and solution design skills.

• Willingness to work on a hybrid setup in Cebu.

• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
