Job Summary

As a Business Architect – SAP MM Inventory Management, you will evaluate existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, gather high-level business requirements, and translate business needs into effective technology-enabled solutions. You will support transformation initiatives by developing business cases, designing scalable solutions, and guiding implementation while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work independently and serve as a subject matter expert in SAP MM Inventory Management.

• Analyze and document existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

• Gather, analyze, and validate high-level business requirements.

• Translate business requirements into SAP MM-based business solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.

• Analyze complex business scenarios and design scalable solutions.

• Support change management by communicating business impacts, benefits, and proposed process changes.

• Develop business cases and provide guidance during implementation of strategic initiatives.

• Understand and evaluate integration points between SAP MM and other enterprise systems.

• Prepare clear and actionable business process documentation and specifications.

• Stay updated on SAP, supply chain, inventory management, and industry best practices.
