Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Specialist / Team Lead with strong hands-on expertise in OT security to deliver and support managed security services across client environments. The ideal candidate will have experience securing industrial control systems (ICS), managing security risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading security operations.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain secure, compliant, and resilient operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in OT security and lead team activities to achieve security objectives.

• Manage security operations and contribute to strategic and operational planning.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across OT infrastructure and industrial control systems.

• Implement and maintain OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements.

• Monitor security operations, investigate incidents, and support incident response activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement security initiatives.

• Provide technical solutions to complex OT security challenges.

• Mentor and guide team members to enhance technical capabilities and operational performance.

• Ensure security service delivery meets client requirements and industry standards.

• Drive continuous improvement in security processes, risk management, and operational resilience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security.

• Strong understanding of OT security frameworks, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.

• Practical experience securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and OT environments.

• Proven experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating OT security risks.

• Familiarity with OT security monitoring tools, threat detection, and incident response processes.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to lead security initiatives, guide team members, and support operational decision-making.

• Willingness to work on a hybrid setup with possible shifting schedules in Cubao.
