Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to support reporting, data analysis, and management information requirements within a UK Financial Customer Service environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MIS/reporting within a BPO environment, excellent Excel and dashboarding skills, and hands-on exposure to Contact Center or Workforce Management (WFM) operations. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate and timely reports in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare, maintain, and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze operational data from multiple sources.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of reports before sharing them with stakeholders.

• Track key operational metrics and provide meaningful insights from reporting data.

• Maintain reporting trackers, databases, and management information dashboards.

Dashboard & Excel Reporting

• Create and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.

• Use Excel functions and data analysis techniques to manage large datasets.

• Identify trends, gaps, and performance variations through data analysis.

• Automate and streamline recurring reports wherever possible.

• Ensure reports are delivered within agreed timelines.

Contact Center / WFM Support

• Support Contact Center and Workforce Management operations through accurate reporting and analysis.

• Provide operational data required for workforce planning and performance monitoring.

• Track relevant contact center/WFM metrics and highlight significant variances.

• Work closely with operations and WFM teams to understand reporting requirements.

• Provide timely reports and insights to support operational decision-making.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with Operations, WFM, and other relevant teams to gather reporting requirements.

• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and provide accurate information within timelines.

• Present findings and operational insights clearly to stakeholders.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of business and customer-related information.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in any of the following:

  • Statistics

  • Mathematics

  • Engineering

  • Business Administration

  • Information Technology

  • Computer Science

• 2–4 years of experience in MIS/Reporting in a BPO environment.

• At least 2 years of experience supporting Contact Center or WFM operations.

• Strong experience with Excel-based reporting and dashboard creation.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Ability to work with large volumes of operational data.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates should:

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Have 2–4 years of MIS/Reporting experience in a BPO environment.

• Have at least 2 years of Contact Center or WFM support experience.

• Have hands-on experience with Excel reporting and dashboards.

• Be willing to work 100% onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City.

• Be flexible to work on a shifting schedule.

• Be available to start immediately or as soon as possible.
