JOB TITLE: HR Payroll Team Lead/ HR Service Payroll Delivery Specialist (CL9)

WORK SET UP: Hybrid in Taguig

WORK SHIFT: Day shift
Salary budget:  60K to 100K 

Key Responsibilities


• Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time

• Review payroll calculations, taxes, and statutory contributions

• Ensure compliance with payroll and government regulations

• Lead and support the payroll team

• Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll-related issues


JOB QUALIFICATIONS 


• At least 5 years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience
• At least 3 years leading or supervising a payroll team

• SAP Payroll experience is not required but preferred


Core Competencies:


• Strong functional depth in payroll — able to clearly articulate processes, not just exposure

• Solid grasp of payroll compliance: tax submissions, statutory contributions (e.g., SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR)

• Experienced in payroll controls, audits, and timeline management

• Comfortable coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Proficient in MS Excel; strong analytical and communication skills

• This position is based at the BGC Taguig office and the ideal candidate should be able to work on a hybrid
