Are you a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with a passion for designing, building, and configuring applications that enhance customer relationships and streamline business processes?

We are looking for a high-caliber Application Developer to design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. You will integrate CRM applications with other systems, provide technical support, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

If you have 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, hands-on experience with the Power Platform, and strong knowledge of .NET development and SQL Server, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

· Application Development: Design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business process and application requirements.

· Software Configuration: Assist in the design of software configuration and customization using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

· Customization & Development: Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications to enhance functionality and user experience.

· Integration: Integrate CRM applications with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow.

· Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

· SME Role: Expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

· Team Participation: Active participation and contribution in team discussions and problem-solving.

· Stay Updated: Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields.

· Experience: 3 or more years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) .

· CRM Modules: Experience in CRM modules such as:

  · Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service

  · Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

  · Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service

  · Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insight Journey

· Development Principles: Strong understanding of CRM development principles and best practices.

· Customization: Experience in customizing and configuring CRM solutions.

· Integration: Knowledge of CRM integration with other systems and applications.

· Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in CRM applications.

· Power Platform: Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.).

· .NET & SQL: Experience with .NET development and familiarity with SQL Server.

· Work Setup: Flexible to report onsite at any of the following Manila office locations: Alabang, BGC, Cubao, Mandaluyong, or Taguig.
