Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect – SAP LE Transportation who will serve as an SME in SAP Logistics Execution (LE) Transportation. The role will evaluate business processes, gather high-level requirements, design effective business solutions, and support strategic transformation initiatives through close collaboration between business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an SME for SAP LE Transportation and provide functional expertise.

• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key business and technology decisions.

• Manage and guide team members to ensure successful delivery.

• Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

• Gather and understand high-level business requirements from stakeholders.

• Translate complex business requirements into effective business and technical solutions.

• Design and implement solutions integrating with SAP transportation modules.

• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements.

• Support transformation projects and strategic initiatives.

• Develop business cases and process models to support organizational changes.

• Provide solutions to complex problems across multiple teams.

• Mentor team members and encourage knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP LE Transportation.

• Expert proficiency in SAP LE Transportation.

• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes within transportation management.

• Experience designing and implementing business solutions integrated with SAP transportation modules.

• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience with process modeling and business case development.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

• Willingness to work on a hybrid setup in Cebu.

• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
