Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Architect – SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) who will act as a subject matter expert in SAP IBP and business architecture. The role will focus on evaluating business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an SME for SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and provide functional expertise.

• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key business and technology decisions.

• Manage and guide team members in delivering effective solutions.

• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Gather and analyze high-level requirements from stakeholders.

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

• Develop and support business cases for strategic initiatives.

• Facilitate communication and coordination across diverse teams.

• Drive continuous improvement and promote business process best practices.

• Support organizational transformation and change management initiatives.

• Provide solutions to complex problems across immediate and cross-functional teams.

• Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing and professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

• Expert-level proficiency in SAP IBP.

• Strong understanding of business process modeling.

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks.

• Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to analyze and optimize business operations.

• Experience in developing business cases.

• Knowledge of change management and organizational transformation.

• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Cebu.
