Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer – Technology Architect (Microsoft Intune) to design, implement, and support enterprise endpoint management solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Microsoft 365, and cloud-native device management.

You will be responsible for designing scalable endpoint management architectures, supporting critical business systems, and driving the organization's transition from traditional on-premises management to modern cloud-based endpoint management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions for enterprise environments.

• Architect endpoint management solutions to improve scalability, security, and performance.

• Design tenant structures, group hierarchies, and management policies.

• Implement Windows Autopilot and Zero-Touch Provisioning.

• Develop application packaging, deployment, testing, and update procedures.

• Design SCCM/MECM architecture, including site planning, distribution strategy, migration planning, and task sequences.

• Monitor application and infrastructure performance and implement continuous improvements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application and endpoint management issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions.

• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.

• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune administration and architecture.

• Experience with SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).

• Experience integrating Microsoft Intune with Microsoft 365 services.

• Knowledge of Windows Autopilot and Zero-Touch Provisioning.

• Strong understanding of application support methodologies.

• Experience with cloud-based endpoint management solutions.

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Willing to work onsite in Manila on a shifting schedule.
