• Handle customer calls and respond to account-related inquiries.

• Track customer orders and provide timely status updates.

• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.

• Monitor shop orders and coordinate relevant follow-ups.

• Provide excellent customer service to support smooth logistics operations.

• Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems.

• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and operational issues.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course; Accounting, Finance, or Business Management graduates are preferred.

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Logistics, Forwarding, Customer Service, or a similar field.

• Candidates with BPO experience must have experience in a voice account.

• Candidates from non-BPO backgrounds may have voice or non-voice experience.

• Hands-on experience using ERP or SAP applications is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong verbal communication skills, with spoken English close to Standard American English proficiency.

• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work 100% onsite at IT Park, Cebu City, on an Australian-aligned schedule.

• Must be available to start on or before November 6, 2026.
