We're hiring CLIENT SERVICES AGENTS to support clients in a professional financial services environment in McKinley, Taguig.

LOCATION: MCKINLEY, TAGUIG

100% ONSITE

UP TO ₱32,000

Your responsibilities may involve:

Handling client inquiries

Resolving complex customer concerns

Assisting with financial service-related questions

Supporting inquiries involving investment products and accounts

Providing accurate information and solutions

Troubleshooting and resolving client issues

Delivering professional, high-quality client service

Candidates with experience handling inquiries related to Mutual Funds, Segregated Funds, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or other financial services are especially encouraged to apply!

2 YEARS BPO EXPERIENCE – ANY ACCOUNT

₱22,000 – ₱27,000

2 YEARS BPO EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL ACCOUNT

OR

WEALTH / ASSET MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

₱27,000 – ₱32,000

Relevant financial services experience can put you in the higher salary range!

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You should have:

 ‍High School Graduate – Old Curriculum  Senior High School Graduate  College Undergraduate  College Graduate

At least 2 years Call Center / BPO Experience

Strong English Communication Skills

Excellent Problem-Solving Skills

Ability to handle complex customer/client concerns

Strong customer service mindset

Willingness to work a FIXED NIGHT SHIFT

Willingness to work 100% ONSITE in McKinley, Taguig
