Job Description:

Reporting to the Operations Lead, the Senior Fund Administrator plays a critical role in providing high-quality, dependable service by efficiently processing and indexing client requests with a commitment to same-day completion. This role emphasizes precision and efficiency to enhance the client experience, ensuring every interaction aligns with our standards of service excellence. The ideal candidate will be proactive in maintaining high levels of quality, supporting our goal of delivering seamless and exceptional service to all clients.

Qualifications | Career Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience in financial services or transaction processing.

• Must be able to speak French fluently

• Open for both Filipinos and non-Filipinos but should have an active TRV/working visa or permanent residency

• 4+ years of experience in transaction processing or portfolio management, ideally handling complex or high-sensitivity accounts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify discrepancies, resolve exceptions, and maintain high levels of accuracy.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally to resolve issues and manage transaction workflows effectively.

• Detail-oriented with knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and a commitment to following established policies, procedures, and quality standards.
