Responsibilities:

• You will work with a social media giant to navigate and review online content.


• Build internet safety and help protect trust and openness in the digital environment.


• Review egregious, sensitive and complex content and enforce decisions based on the community guidelines.


• Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with cross-functional teams with pressing timelines.


• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.


• Personnel should have competency in written and spoken English Language.


• Excellent Verbal and Written communications skills


• Proficient with Feedback & Coaching skills


• Must have the ability to work under pressure.


• The applicant should be proficient with MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)


• Drive for self-learning and knowledge enhancement


• Must have analytical abilities to analyses data, trends from effectiveness surveys.


• Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverable.


• Detail-oriented

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in content moderation

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
