What You'll Do

As a Senior Tester, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products by working closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing strategies for new features and system enhancements.

• Perform functional, integration, regression, mobile, and API testing to ensure product quality.

• Validate business requirements and ensure applications meet functional and technical specifications.

• Coordinate testing activities with business users, third-party vendors, and system providers.

• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through to resolution.

• Evaluate, record, and communicate test results and quality metrics.

• Support and contribute to test automation initiatives, frameworks, and automated test suites.

• Provide technical guidance on testing best practices and automation to project teams.

• Work closely with the QA Manager to improve QA processes, testing standards, and overall product quality.

• Collaborate within Agile and Waterfall project environments to ensure timely project delivery.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 5–6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

• Strong experience in:

  • Test Planning

  • Test Case Design

  • Defect Management

  • Test Reporting

• Hands-on experience in Mobile Application Testing.

• Strong experience in API Testing using tools such as Postman or similar platforms.

• Experience performing back-end and integration testing.

• Knowledge of scripting or programming for testing purposes.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.

• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall development environments.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Test Automation tools and frameworks.

• Knowledge of automation scripting and test framework maintenance.

• Exposure to continuous testing and DevOps practices.
