JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• You will work with a social media giant to navigate and review online content, build internet safety and help protect trust and openness in the digital environment.


• You will review egregious, sensitive and complex content and enforce decisions based on the community guidelines.


• You will handle escalations, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with cross-functional teams with pressing timelines.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS       

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in content moderation.


• Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in any field.


• Good communication skills.


• Understanding of operational and quality metrics.


• Resilience - strong emotional fortitude and resilience in handling potentially sensitive content.


• Critical thinking - ability to effectively navigate Gray areas, break down complex problems and develop independent solutions.


• Efficient time management.


• Ability to work non-standard hours as required.


• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
