Job Title: Interpretation Support Associate (Mandarin/Cantonese & English)

Role: Work-from-home, over-the-phone interpreter for healthcare calls between US doctors and patients.

Shift: Permanent night shift (9 PM–7 AM), Monday–Friday, with Sat/Sun off.

Contract: 6 months + 12 months renewable.


Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time, accurate consecutive interpretation during live calls.

- Handle healthcare-related conversations (medical, emergency, insurance, etc.).

- Maintain neutrality, confidentiality, and professionalism.

- Follow interpreter protocols and attend training/coaching sessions.


Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and English (B2+/C1 level).

- High school diploma or higher (freshers welcome).

- Strong listening, memory, and interpretation skills.

- Stable internet and quiet home workspace.

- Comfortable with night shifts and remote work.


Compensation:
- Basic salary: RM 4,000–RM 4,500 (negotiable up to RM 5,000).

- Wi-Fi allowance: RM 150/month.

- Night shift allowance: RM 25/night (~RM 550/month).

- Performance incentives available.

- Total package: RM 5,000+ per month.
