Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Executives to support the Singapore E-Hailing Market. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering accurate information while meeting service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls related to general inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service-related issues.

• Deliver accurate information and provide excellent customer service.

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Meet individual and team KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Maintain professionalism and quality in every customer interaction.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to Local Malaysians only.

• Completed SPM, UEC, or IGCSE.

• Good command of English (Reading, Writing & Speaking).

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Willing to work onsite in Johor Bahru.

• Willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with 100% accuracy.
