Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to support the Singapore E-Hailing market. You will handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and provide an excellent customer experience while meeting service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls related to general inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service-related issues.

• Provide accurate, timely, and professional solutions to customers.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.

• Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizens only.

• Minimum SPM, UEC, or IGCSE qualification.

• Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to type efficiently.

• Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM with 100% accuracy.

• Willing to work onsite in Johor Bahru.

• Willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts, 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
