Head count - Ongoing walk-in-interviews.
Salary :- RM 1900- RM 2100/Depending on Grab MY/SG project and candidate ability
Night Shift Allowance:- 300*
Candidate Age: less than 35 years old.

Job Description:
Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company’s products
Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
To be successful in this role, the candidates will need to have:
Good communication skills (Based on project language requirements).
SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.
Candidate are required to work on rotational shifts. Will be given 1 day off in a week.
Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.

Requirements
The candidates should have good command in Cantonese, Mandarin & English (Ability to read and write in Traditional Chinese Character is a MUST)
Primarily candidates who has the customer service experience would be preferred.
The Salary would be as below :
Basic - RM 3000
KPI - RM 400
6th day allowance - RM300
Night Shift Allowance - RM300
Age requirements: Below 35 years
Education level: SPM and above.
Working days: 6 days a week
Working hours: 3 shifts to choose from
- Candidate must be able to attend work physically on a daily basis.
*Candidate must be close to Nusajaya, Johor.
The candidates are expected to handle incoming calls from the customer. Depending on Candidate’s language ability, they will have to complete assessments and will be based on projects.
