About the Role

We're looking for Customer Service Executives to support the Singapore E-Hailing market. In this role, you'll handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and deliver excellent customer service while meeting team KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualification

Completed SPM, UEC, or IGCSE

Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)

Customer service experience in an international account is an advantage

Typing speed of 25 WPM with 100% accuracy

Willing to work onsite in Johor Bahru

Amenable to 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
