Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development / Project Sales Executive to drive sales growth for electrical products by developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage project-based sales opportunities from specification to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong product knowledge and recommend suitable electrical solutions to clients.

• Build relationships with developers, M&E consultants, architects, contractors, and interior designers.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within assigned territories.

• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and project discussions.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales opportunities.

• Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor project pipelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.

• Travel within Klang Valley, Northern Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak as required.

Eligibility

• Diploma or higher qualification.

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development or Project Sales.

• Experience in construction, electrical products, building materials, M&E, or related industries is preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is preferred.

• Must possess own transport or reside near the office location.

• Willing to travel within Klang Valley, Northern Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
