Work From Home – Medical Interpreter Role

Role: English to Mandarin/Cantonese Interpreter

Focus: Healthcare support, medical interpretation, live call handling

Industry: BPO, contact center, international voice support

Requirements:

- Experience in Mandarin/Cantonese interpretation or translation

- Background in BPO, customer service, or contact center

- Freshers with excellent Mandarin/Cantonese and English skills may apply

- Must work independent remote setup with privacy for healthcare calls

Compensation:

- Basic salary: RM 4,000 to RM 4,500 monthly

- Negotiable up to RM 5,000 based on experience

- Wi-Fi allowance: RM 150 per month

- Night shift allowance: RM 25 per night, approx RM 550 for 22 days

- Performance incentive available

- Estimated total: RM 5,000+ monthly

Work Setup:

- Work from home, night shift hours

- Requires quiet, private workspace due to healthcare data

- Supporting live interpretation calls
