About the Role

We're hiring Customer Service Executives for an E-Hailing & Delivery Support Project. This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service, call center, inbound support, and communication skills who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service-related concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls related to general inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service requests.

• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer concerns.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

• Meet quality, productivity, KPI, and SLA targets.

• Accurately document customer interactions and follow established processes.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.

• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Completed SPM, UEC, or IGCSE qualification.

• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.

• Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)

• SPM, UEC, or IGCSE qualification is mandatory.

• Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Johor Bahru.

• Must be willing to work 24-hour rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with 100% accuracy is required.
