Job type - 4 months contract

Headcount - 40 each month till March

Start date - 2nd Jan 2025

Work schedule - 2nd Jan Day shift only (10-10), 5 days per week (off day not guaranteed weekend), 8 working hour+1 hour lunch break per day

Language - Mandarin

Nationality - Malaysian

Location - Damansara Utama

- Malaysian that can speak in Mandarin, as staff will support Taiwan Market

-Must be able to type in traditional mandarin

-Must commit to 4 months contract

-NO WORK-FROM-HOME option provided

-Please have the candidates complete our assesments attached

Basic: RM 4000 - 4500

1 month salary equivalent of bonus will be given if completes all 4 months contract period

Key responsibilities

Provide world-class service to clients with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and respect.

Ensure all interactions (calls, emails, live chats) meet the highest customer satisfaction standards.

Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints professionally.

Filter content from the client’s website and perform basic troubleshooting techniques.

Route calls to appropriate resources and escalate priority issues when needed.

Document all customer interactions following standard operating procedures.

Meet/exceed client-mandated performance metrics.

Consistently improve performance according to a continuous improvement model.

Maintain confidentiality of all internal and external passwords and login credentials.

Adhere to client policies and procedures.

Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures for the functional area.

Participate in all required internal and external training and seminars.

Provide feedback to management on possible issues or areas for improvement.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.
