Role Overview

TCS is looking for a WFA Processor to support Workforce Administration and Employee Data Management operations. The role involves processing Hire-to-Retire transactions, payroll-related activities, employee data maintenance, HR systems support, and coordination with internal stakeholders while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Workforce Administration (WFA) transactions.

• Handle Employee Data Management activities.

• Process simple and medium-complex payroll transactions.

• Support Hire-to-Retire (H2R) HR processes.

• Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Coordinate with upstream and downstream teams for smooth operations.

• Update and maintain HR data in SAP, SuccessFactors Employee Central, or Kronos.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and country regulations.

• Support HR operations and process documentation.

• Deliver services within defined SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of Workforce Administration / HR Operations experience.

• Employee Data Management.

• Workforce Administration (WFA).

• Hire-to-Retire (H2R).

• Payroll Transactions.

• SAP.
