About the Role

We are looking for a VOD Team Member to join our operations team in Bangalore. The role involves handling metadata-related requests, triaging daily tickets, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining SLA adherence, and supporting new partner onboarding activities.

This is a BPO/Operations role and not an IT role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage metadata requests as the primary workflow and get cross-trained on two additional workflows.

• Identify unique IDs in third-party databases based on partner metadata.

• Handle and triage daily tickets according to defined processes and instructions.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, providers, and stakeholders.

• Seek clarifications through email wherever required. Calls are not permitted for this process.

• Prepare QA data during new partner onboarding.

• Submit daily and weekly operational reports.

• Monitor operations and ensure adherence to defined SLAs.

• Handle escalations and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

• Support the Team Lead with cross-utilization across workflows.

• Suggest workflow improvements based on practical implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience, preferably in BPO/Operations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Good analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Good presentation skills.

• Strong computer skills.

• Process-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.

• Quick learner and adaptable to changing workflows.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Ability to deliver results within defined timelines.

• Experience dealing with internal/external customers is preferred.

Important Details

• Permanent night shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST.

• Work From Office is mandatory.

• Candidates should be comfortable working with US-based teams and stakeholders.

• This is a BPO process, not an IT role.

• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.
